New Art Work

Crazy Horse

Author: Karen (56 Articles)

Karen Rester's art comes from the world around her. Karen loves working in collage, acrylic, mixed media and weaving on her loom.

Just to try something different, I started working on a painting using Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bombay India inks.  I love the bright vibrant colors available in those little bottles! I decided to do some fantasy horses, something just for fun and “Crazy Horse” evolved. I did not dilute the ink when painting, just used it straight out of the bottle. Crazy fun!!

More Thoughts For A Blue Moon

"We sleep, but the loom of life never stops and the pattern which was weaving when the sun went down is weaving when it comes up in the morning." --Henry Ward Beecher
