Handmade Woven Art
I have a Leclerc 4 shuttle floor loom and a baby wolf floor loom that I weave my fiber art on. Each piece is made from hand dyed wools, natural fiber and some just plain fun yarns! I spin some of the yarns on my Lendrum Double Treadle spinning wheel. I try to use as much natural fiber as possible but I will often put in some just plain fun man-made yarns. No two pieces of my art are ever the same, so I name each piece. I love using different combinations of colors and textures in the yarns to create interesting and unique works. I create scarfs, purses, necklaces and wall hangings from my fiber.

Here are some pictures of some of the pieces I have made. More information about each piece is available under “the Hand Woven Art Gallery” . When I make a new piece whether it is a wall hanging or a scarf, it is unique and just has to have a name!
